Board & Leadership Advisory

Boards that govern, not boards that convene.

Governance expectations in the Gulf are rising quickly, driven by regulators, by sovereign and institutional investors, and by founding families professionalising for the next generation. A board that merely convenes has become a liability. Real governance is now a competitive asset.

We work with chairs, nomination committees, and principals on the composition, information flows, and cadence that let a board do its real job: appointing and holding leadership to account, and protecting the institution’s long-term interest.

Common questions

Do you conduct executive search?

We are not a search firm. We advise on succession architecture, role design, and evaluation, and we work alongside search firms when a mandate requires one.

Who typically sponsors this work?

Usually the chair, a nomination and governance committee, or a controlling shareholder. The trigger is often a moment of transition: a new CEO, a listing, or a generational handover.
