About the Firm
A different model for consulting in the Gulf.
The Advisory Chamber exists for one kind of client: leaders facing decisions where the cost of generic advice is measured in years, not fees.
Most consulting is built as a volume business: a brand negotiates the engagement, and a pyramid of junior staff delivers it. The Advisory Chamber is built differently. We are a private network of senior advisors, assembled mandate by mandate. Each has led the kind of work they now advise on.
The network model means the fee pays for judgement. There is no institutional overhead sitting behind it. For each engagement we form a small senior team matched to the specific market, sector, and decision at hand, working in English and Arabic, on the ground in the Gulf.
We serve boards and executives, government entities, and family enterprises across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.
The standards we work to
Senior-led, always
The advisors who scope an engagement deliver it. We do not staff pyramids.
Independence
No products, no placements, no vendor commissions. Clients pay us and nobody else does, so their outcome is the only incentive we have.
Confidentiality
We treat discretion as a working method. We do not name clients publicly without written authorisation.
Honest counsel
We would rather lose a mandate than tell a client what they want to hear. Flattery has a cost, and the client pays it.
Bring us the decision in front of you.
A senior member of the Chamber will respond within two business days. Every conversation is confidential.
